Accesibility

Accessibility statement

At Cooperativa de Basculantes CODEBAS we are committed to making our website and its application for mobile devices accessible, in accordance with national legislation transposing Directive (EU) 2016/2102 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the accessibility of websites and mobile applications of public sector bodies, following the guidelines of Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2018/1523 of 11 October 2018.

To achieve this objective, standard technologies established by the W3C (World Wide Web Consortium) have been followed, in accordance with Royal Decree 1112/2018 of 7 September on accessibility of public sector websites and applications for mobile devices. This accessibility statement applies to the codebas.com website.

Compliance status

This website is partially compliant with RD 1112/2018, of 7 September, due to the exceptions and non-compliance of the aspects indicated below.

The accessibility policy of this website has been carried out in compliance with the provisions of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.1 (WCAG 2.1).

Compliance with the WCAG 2.1 is at its intermediate level or Conformance Level AA (“double A”). Compliance with this level of conformity is intended to eliminate accessibility barriers that could prevent or hinder access for users with disabilities. This Declaration of Conformity covers all the pages of the CODEBAS portal. This website is developed with WordPress technologies such as PHP, MySQL and JavaScript.

In order to help improve accessibility compliance, regular updates are made in accordance with the guidelines of the Web Accessibility Observatory. Periodic reviews of accessibility requirements will be carried out in order to ensure that compliance is maintained over time. Special consideration will be given to the case of content added or modified during the life cycle of the websites, as well as the technological updates of the latter.

Content not accessible

There may be occasional editing errors on a web page, such as incorrect nesting of elements, paragraphs without correct markup, some skipping of heading levels or improper use of incorrect text separators [criterion 1.3.1. of WCAG 2.1].

There may be multimedia or office files in PDF or other formats that do not meet accessibility requirements because they have been produced solely for the purpose of presenting certain information visually, although a text alternative is usually provided.
